Great product, clear routine. I use the dermaroller (0.5mm) once every 3 days on a clean, dry scalp — gentle pressure, no bleeding — then apply a few drops of the serum right after and massage it in for a minute. On non-needling days I just apply the serum morning and night. After 6 weeks my crown is noticeably denser and shedding has slowed down a lot.
